Returns and Exchanges
At Sweet Temptations we always try to provide the best customer service possible. We thoroughly package our sweets so that they will be delivered to you perfectly. If for any reason your order is not to your satisfaction, you may return it for store credit. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and in an uneaten condition for store credits to be issued. Sweet Temptations does not offer refunds on orders.

We respect our customers and understand the need for privacy. We have policies in place to ensure that your personal information is respected and handled with care.
When you order from us we collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information. We also gather information on the person who will receive any gift you send (i.e. name and address of that person receiving the gift) and retain a record of your purchases. This is for our business use only and we do not sell your information to outside sources.

We may use your information in many ways. For example, your data can allow us to improve our website by evaluating the sites you are visiting.
